The process consists of 5 steps from initial contact to go-live:
Questionnaire
Fill in the questionnaire with descriptions of what needs to be integrated and data that needs to be shared between systems. (Don’t worry, we can help you with filling this questionnaire.)
Client onboarding meeting
Meet with the project manager to finalize the project scope based on the questionnaire and add additional information. The project scope document is sent for client sign-off.
Documentation and contracts
Project scope documents and contracts are sent for signature, and payment information is collected. Go-live date is set.
Development and Implementation
The project team works on development and implementation with regular client updates.
Project go-live
It’s time to go-live! First payment collected, and client reports are set up.
